The reliable performance of this role is crucial to ensure accurate recording of transactions in the business accounts. The Accounts Officer works across the finance team and reports to the Accountant. |

| The role of the Development Manager is to identify suitable housing development opportunities for HCA by undertaking feasibility studies to ensure financial and social sustainability, and preparing business cases for management and Board approval. |
| Property Officer |
| The objective of the Property Officer is to asset manage a dedicated portfolio of properties owned by HCA as well as those owned by government and partner organisations based on the contractual arrangements that exist. This will involve consultation with internal and external stakeholders including Housing Officers, Government and Partner agency personal, approved contractors and suppliers. |
| Housing Officer |
| The Housing Officer is responsible for delivering a range of quality and professional housing management and related advisory services to tenants and prospective tenants, in accordance with HCA objectives, values, operating policies and procedures, government policy and statutory requirements. |
