HCA has recently merged with Melbourne Affordable Housing and the newly formed Housing Choices Australia will be relocating to a new office very soon. Housing Choices Australia (HCA) is a rapidly growing provider of quality affordable housing that is socially committed, commercially competent and transparent.
After careful consideration, discussions with all stakeholders and appropriate due diligence HCA has been created from a commitment amongst directors of Supported Housing Ltd. (SHL), Singleton Equity Housing Ltd. (SEH), Disability Housing Trust (DHT) and Melbourne Affordable Housing (MAH).
•Supported Housing Ltd (SHL) not-for-profit association dedicated to providing and improving housing opportunities for people with a disability in the general community.
•Singleton Equity Housing Ltd (SEH) is a not-for-profit company providing housing for people with intellectual disabilities generally on mixed equity model in shared supported accommodation housing.
•Disability Housing Trust (DHT) is a non government charitable trust established to promote and develop new housing options and encourage new investment in housing for people with disabilities.
•Melbourne Affordable Housing (MAH) is a not-for-profit developer, owner and manager of affordable, long-term rental housing. By working in partnership with local government churches, community groups and developers/ public companies, MAH seeks to provide appropriate, secure, well located and affordable housing to low income individuals and families who have experienced high rents, insecure tenancies, poor conditions and even homelessness.
